I am a native of the bay area, wife and mother of 2 kids. I’ve been a holistic practitioner for over 30 years, focused on creating a practice with a perfect blend of western medicine, ancient traditional Mexican medicine and bridging the mind body connection.
I found my passion pretty early in my career and specialized in Prenatal & Postnatal Massage. I have completed multiple Prenatal Certifications, including becoming a postpartum Doula, trained in Fertility Massage, Yoni Steaming, Reiki Master, traditional Herbalist, and a variety of Body Therapy treatments. I’ve worked with various chiropractors throughout San Mateo County as well as a lead therapist/educator at the Pacific Athletic Club in Redwood Shores, CA. I loved the spa environment but missed the personal connection with my clients.
Since 2011 I’ve been blessed to have a location in San Bruno to expand my private practice where I could blend a pampering and relaxing setting with effective therapeutic work. I am constantly learning and looking for new techniques to share with my clients and incorporate them into a tailored bodywork of healing. I’ve been fortunate that my training has led me to travel to learn cultural and indigenous practices including going to Belize to take an extensive course in the Arvigo Mayan Abdominal Massage Therapy Ⓡ.
In my effort to bridge the body mind connection I completed my master practitioner certification in Neuro Linguistic Programming, Time Line Therapy and Hypnosis. I am so excited to share this healing work with my mamas!!
